How it works

First, we’ll schedule a friendly chat on the phone to talk about your specific needs and to see if we’re a good fit. Next, we’ll set up a complimentary intro session where you can get a feel for private yoga. From there, we create a plan to work together once, twice, or three times per week, with yoga sessions that are perfectly tailored to your body and your life.

Private yoga works best when the student is committed to the practice.  After our initial introductory session, services are offered in packages of 10 or more and we ask for a three-month commitment. By scheduling regular yoga sessions one to three times per week, you can deepen your practice over time. This is particularly important if you are practicing to heal physical or emotional injuries as this will take time, patience and commitment.

Props make yoga accessible for all body types, for beginners and for those with injuries.
