Treat yourself to some TLC...you deserve it.
Take some precious time for yourself. Work, family and other obligations will still be there when you’re done caring for yourself. Afterwards you will be better prepared to deal with the world with grace, ease and a little more spaciousness.

We will work together using postures, breath, meditation and philosophy in a down to earth and accessible way. Your practice will deepen over time with the layering of meaningful yogic elements chosen just for you.

Wendy is an amazing practitioner & guide.
Yoga is a practice. Every day is different both on and off the mat. Wendy has a way of making every practice different but also a continuation from one to the next. My favorite thing about a “Wendy Practice” is the breakdown of each pose. Keeping me mindful of each movement; breath; position. She gets you to do your best and trust in yourself.
Yoga has so many intricate parts all at the same time and she helps me to focus, strengthen & relax through my flow. Best, she reminds me to breathe and have fun. It’s just yoga!
